My mind is so clean and sharp and I don't have to drink a lot of coffee at the afternoon. no side effect unless you've got some blood disorders. also It works well with some other brain supplement, such as omega 3 or lecitine (but don't take omega 3 and lecitine at the same time!) and the price is so reasonable (I know that it contains filler, such as rice powder) contains Ginkgo biloba extract (leaf) flavone glycosides 28.8 mg, terpene lactones 7.2 mg, less than 5ppm of ginkgolic acid... I will definitely buy again. So I ordered a bottle and have been taking it for about a month. I truly believe it helps. I have noticed my memory slipping for the last couple of years. I am 60 now and names have become harder and harder to recall. Me memory is still not what I would like but I don't think it is as bad as it was. So my advice is the same as Dr. Oz's, try it. As far as Amazon, they are the best. Never had a problem with anything I've ordered from them.
