His runs very well and so does mine other than the graphics card they came with on mine (ATI 6770) will crash and get the vertical grey/black/whit lines etc. I have updated all the drivers and it seems to have improved but it will still flicker and do some weird things in some games. It is just graphic card related though and honestly its not a great card to begin with. Overall though the machine is solid and my son beats his to death with almost every game you can think of at full settings. For the money you can't beat this hence why I gave it 4 stars. The case is not that fancy obviously but the computer punches well. I play wow on high settings ( can play on ultra but I like my fps on high) and get 140 fps. I am running dual monitors, a 32" hdtv and a 24" dell flat panel.Now back to the video card and my 'service is lacking' comment.
